Welcome to Volt Esports / RAGE BATTLE ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). This document is a binding electronic contract created pursuant to Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable Indian esports regulations. By creating an account, depositing funds, or entering any tournament, you ("User", "Player", "You") give your unconditional, irrevocable consent to every clause herein.

1. Absolute Voluntary Deposits & Zero Refund Guarantee

All wallet top-ups, entry fee payments, and financial transfers made on this Platform are performed 100% voluntarily at your own independent choice and financial risk. The Platform operator does not solicit, entice, coerce, or promise any financial returns, income, or guaranteed cash prizes.

• Non-Refundable Payments: Money added to the app wallet or used for match registrations is strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-reversable under any circumstances.
• No Financial Escrow or Banking Relationship: Wallet balances represent digital utility credits solely meant for contest entry fees. Balances do not constitute bank savings, escrow holdings, or interest-bearing assets.
• User Liability Waiver: You warrant that you are utilizing your own legally acquired funds and accept total responsibility for any losses incurred through voluntary contest entry.

2. Constitutional Protection as a Game of Skill

All competitive tournaments hosted on Volt Esports (including Free Fire, BGMI, Ludo, and tactical games) are strictly Games of Skill. Victory is determined overwhelmingly by superior strategy, reaction time, mechanical mastery, map awareness, and player expertise, as protected under Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and recognized by the Supreme Court of India in landmark precedents.

• Age Limitation: Participation in real-money contests is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or above.
• Restricted Territorial Access: Residents of Indian states where paid skill-gaming is restricted by local legislation—including Assam, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tamil Nadu—are prohibited from joining paid matches. If a user bypasses location checks, their account will be terminated and funds permanently seized.

3. Counter-Action Against Malicious Cyber Complaints & False Reports

We maintain an aggressive policy against bad-faith users who attempt fraudulent chargebacks, false banking disputes, or baseless cyber-crime portal complaints after losing matches fairly.

• Legal Counter-Prosecution: Filing a false FIR, baseless cyber complaint, or fraudulent payment gateway chargeback against the Platform Administrator constitutes criminal defamation, extortion, and filing false criminal charges under applicable provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) / IPC and Information Technology Act. The Platform reserves the right to prosecute malicious complainants in court for legal damages.
• Permanent Blacklisting & Forfeiture: Malicious dispute attempts will trigger immediate account suspension, device IMEI/IP blacklisting, and complete forfeiture of remaining wallet balances.

4. Complete Hold Harmless & Unconditional Indemnity

By accessing this Platform, you unconditionally agree to indemnify, defend, and hold completely harmless the Platform Administrator, Owners, Operators, Developers, and Hosting Affiliates from any and all legal liabilities, claims, police inquiries, lawsuits, consumer cases, or legal expenses resulting from:

• Your voluntary participation in matches or violation of these Terms.
• Your failure to comply with your local state laws or tax obligations.
• Disputes arising between you and other players, third-party games, or payment providers.
• Any frivolous legal notices or false complaints submitted by you or on your behalf.

5. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Cheating & Integrity Protocol

Fair play is enforced vigorously. Any player detected using mod menus, hacks, scripts, emulators (without room permission), panel files, or teaming up with competitors will face immediate action.

• Immediate Ban: Instant permanent account termination without advance notice or appeal.
• Full Asset Seizure: All remaining wallet funds of banned cheaters are permanently forfeited to cover administrative audit and room maintenance costs.

6. Third-Party Game Disclaimers & Technical Limitations

Volt Esports operates as an independent tournament facilitator and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garena, Krafton, Tencent, or Ludo King.

• No Liability for In-Game Issues: We are not responsible for match losses caused by official game server downtime, ping spikes, device lag, or in-game bans issued by game developers.
• As-Is Operation: Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime.

7. Exclusive Local Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted exclusively under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceeding arising out of your use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the primary operational district of the Platform Administrator, regardless of user location.
