This Privacy Policy outlines how Volt Esports ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") collects, processes, stores, and protects user information pursuant to Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you voluntarily consent to every data governance clause in this policy.

1. Information Collection & Voluntary Submission

To provide esports tournament hosting, matchmaking, anti-cheat security, and payout services, we collect limited user data provided strictly on a voluntary basis:

• Account Identifiers: Full Name, Email Address, In-Game Username/UID, and Password Credentials.
• Financial & Transaction Logs: Transaction reference numbers, payout UPI handles, and in-app wallet ledger activity.
• Technical & Anti-Fraud Telemetry: IP Address, Device Model, Operating System Version, IMEI/Device Hash, and App Log files collected strictly for fraud detection, multi-account tracking, and anti-cheat enforcement.

2. Security, Anti-Fraud Tracking & Public Rosters

We enforce robust technical safeguards to maintain database integrity and protect platform services against bad-faith actors.

• Device Security & Anti-Cheat Logging: To preserve fair play, our systems automatically log technical device parameters. Users attempting to bypass match bans, use mod menus/hacks, or engage in payment fraud acknowledge that their device telemetry will be flagged and permanently blacklisted.
• Public Match Rosters: Your registered In-Game Username and match performance stats are publicly displayed on room rosters, brackets, and victory leaderboards.

3. Absolute Immunity against Data Leak & System Vulnerabilities

By utilizing this Platform, you acknowledge that no digital transmission over the Internet or cloud infrastructure is 100% impenetrable.

• Limitation of Administrative Liability: The Platform Administrator, Owners, and Developers shall be held completely immune and free from any civil or criminal liability resulting from unauthorized third-party hacking, server breaches, upstream network failures, or user-side credential compromise.
• User Credential Responsibility: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. The Platform operator is not liable for any unauthorized wallet activity resulting from shared passwords.

4. Prosecution Against Malicious Cyber Complaints & False Complaints

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against bad-faith users who lodge fraudulent cyber-crime complaints, false banking disputes, or slanderous reviews after losing matches fairly.

5. Statutory Disclosure to Law Enforcement

We reserve the right to disclose relevant account identifiers, IP logs, and transaction ledgers to official Indian statutory law enforcement agencies, cyber-crime departments, or judicial courts solely in response to valid legal notices, investigation summons, or court orders regarding criminal activity or financial fraud.

6. Age Restriction & Protection of Minors

This Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors are prohibited from registering or executing monetary transactions. If a minor creates an account by falsifying details, the account will be terminated upon audit, and all entry fees forfeited.

7. Policy Modifications & Exclusive Jurisdiction

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. Any legal proceedings or disputes related to data privacy shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the primary operational district of the Platform Administrator.
