To provide esports tournament hosting, matchmaking, anti-cheat security, and payout services, we collect limited user data provided strictly on a voluntary basis:

ZERO COMMERCIAL DATA MONETIZATION: We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data, phone numbers, or account details to third-party marketing or advertising agencies.

2. Security, Anti-Fraud Tracking & Public Rosters

We enforce robust technical safeguards to maintain database integrity and protect platform services against bad-faith actors.

3. Absolute Immunity against Data Leak & System Vulnerabilities

By utilizing this Platform, you acknowledge that no digital transmission over the Internet or cloud infrastructure is 100% impenetrable.

4. Prosecution Against Malicious Cyber Complaints & False Complaints

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against bad-faith users who lodge fraudulent cyber-crime complaints, false banking disputes, or slanderous reviews after losing matches fairly.

COUNTER-LEGAL PROSECUTION NOTICE: Initiating false, baseless, or malicious complaints on state/national cyber-crime portals or payment gateways against the Platform Administrator constitutes criminal defamation, perjury, and filing false police reports under applicable laws (including Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita / IPC and IT Act). The Platform Administrator reserves the full legal right to initiate criminal prosecution and claim damages for legal costs and loss of reputation.

5. Statutory Disclosure to Law Enforcement

We reserve the right to disclose relevant account identifiers, IP logs, and transaction ledgers to official Indian statutory law enforcement agencies, cyber-crime departments, or judicial courts solely in response to valid legal notices, investigation summons, or court orders regarding criminal activity or financial fraud.

6. Age Restriction & Protection of Minors

This Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors are prohibited from registering or executing monetary transactions. If a minor creates an account by falsifying details, the account will be terminated upon audit, and all entry fees forfeited.

7. Policy Modifications & Exclusive Jurisdiction

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. Any legal proceedings or disputes related to data privacy shall be subject strictly to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the primary operational district of the Platform Administrator.
